A newly constructed townhouse in Hampton where the developer wanted to use a darker toned floor to give an element of sophistication. We installed a rich brown engineered timber floor in the Malaga finish from the MarcKenzo Provincial Oak range. The colour and style of this engineered timber flooring complements the other tones throughout the home and gives an overall feeling of elegance.
